Your appointments are very important to me and your time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I will do my best to accommodate all or some of your services but unfortunately, I am not always able to do so. I ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide me with 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s). No shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the service fee. Please have a valid card on file to avoid any further issue. I do reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are past the 10 minute grace period and charge you up to 50% of the scheduled value. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment time is missed, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
